Camp songs

I spent half of each summer at Camp Lake Hubert for Girls near Brainerd, Minnesota, when I was growing up. We did a lot of singing, including:
No, I don’t want to go home!
I’m having a wonderful time!
They say there is no place like home,
But this place is divine!
SO send me the rest of my clothes;
No longer will I roam!
You will always hear me singing this song:
No, I don’t want to go home!
This was always followed by:
Show me the way to go home!
I’m tired and I want to go to bed!
I had a little drink about an hour ago,
And it went right to my head!
SO, wherever I may roam,
O’er land or sea or foam,
You can always hear me singing this song:
Show me the way to go home!
I’m guessing this was the original, dating back into the recesses of history. In any event, we adapted it to our needs thus:
Indicate the way to my abode!
I’m fatigued, and I want to retire!
I had a little beverage 60 minutes ago,
And it went right to my cerebellum!
Wherever I may perambulate,
O’er land or sea or atmospheric vapor,
You can always hear me crooning this melody:
Indicate the way to my abode!
