Supper with friends

I just had supper at Chick-Fil-A with friends: Vicki, Joel, Anna, Aidan, and Ella. We celebrated Ella’s birthday, talked about school (Joel and Anna teach at East High in Denver), and just had a delightfully relaxed time of fellowship and fun together. Didn’t solve any of the world’s problems, didn’t even address any of the world’s problems. But there’s a power in friendship that goes a long way, and I praise the Lord for it!
